The building is the same as that shown in MP/ELT0632, 'The Chaundreys'. The plans from that item have been copied onto this sheet, and annotated in red crayon with notes that include 'extent of quarter'. The item is labelled 'not to be destroyed' in red crayon. The quality of the copy is poor, and many details are too faint to make out.
