Description

The plan is a copy of an early twentieth-century original. Hand-written annotations have been added in pink pen as well as highlighting certain areas in pink ink and orange wash. The notes concern the value of various parts of land. The plan shows the woods and large buildings. The scale is shown in the lower right corner.
