Description

The sheet comprises two plans of the battery, and sections A-B, C-D and E-F. The top right hand corner has the inscription "To accompany W.O. letter of June 17th 1897, to the General Officer Commanding Eastern District, Inspector General of Fortifications." The bottom right hand corner bears the inscription "Colonel, Commanding Royal Engineer, Eastern District, 24th November 1897."
