Description

Record plan sheet number two of seven. The sheet was signed by F.C.Heath, Lieutenant Colonel in the Royal Engineers, on 9th September 1902. The plan was drawn and surveyed by H.H.Stroud on 8th August 1902, and traced in January 1903.
