Description

The sheet shows south, east and west elevations of the keep, with plans at ground to fourth floor levels and a section A-A, all at 1/16" to 1ft scale. The drawing has been hand-painted in watercolour, with darker hues indicating masonry that has been 'cut-away' or 'cut-through'. This drawing was created by the Edinburgh office of Her Majesty's Office of Works, based at 30 Chalmers Street.

Archival History

On the reverse of the sheet there is a note reading: 'William Harvey, Dallinga, Lower Road, Felcham, Surrey'.
