Although there is no label to say so, it is most likely that the drawings derived from Cubitt's work at Osborne in the 1840s and 1850s. The drawings are comprised of an elevation and a sectional elevation with a ground floor plan and a 'Chamber plan'. Measurements and dimensions are labelled, and the original carries faint later pencil annotations.
