The item is an index of the land parcels shown on the 1854 Ordnance Survey plan of the estate. It is a later version of MP/OSH0038, and seems to have been calculated to one more decimal place. The item is attached to a blank second sheet along its left-hand edge, which forms a second 'page'. Although there is no attribution on the item, it seems reasonable to suppose that it was calculated by the Ordnance surveyors.
