Description

The typewritten letter is signed by M.Turner and dated 21 March 1988. It is addressed to Mr How, Mr Wimble and Mr Fernley. It gives details about the nineteenth century Ordnance Survey maps which are attached, and a note about the most appropriate items to use to gain an understanding of Prince Albert's intentions for the Osborne Estate. The copies are said to have been produced from originals at Osborne, and other copies are said to be available from Room G10, Fortress House. The letter carries the reference number CB72/9. It is attached to the rest of the items in the group by treasury tags.
