The sheet shows Osborne House and Whippingham. Different land parcels on the Osborne Estate have been hatched to distinguish between them. The coastline to the west of Whippingham is shown, with the high water mark of the Spring tides indicated. It seems that the land parcels on the Osborne Estate have been renumbered from the 1854 plan. '1864' has been written in the top right-hand corner of the item, and it is attached to other items in the group with treasury tags.
