The item is a copy of a later version of MP/OSH0045. The lettering has been modified, but the annotations remain. Drains, gas pipes and other features are drawn on a plan of the road junction in ink. The item has been extensively annotated with other drainage details in ink and pencil. The sheet from which this copy was taken has had the upper and lower right corners torn off. Although there is no clear indication who created the item, it is most likely to have been the Office of Works.
