The item is a later version of MP/OSH0047: drawing numbers have been added in. Drains, gas pipes and other features are drawn on a plan of the road junction in ink. The item has been extensively annotated with other drainage details in ink and pencil. Although there is no clear indication who created the item, it is most likely to have been the Office of Works.
