The drawing is labelled with dimensions. Flowerbeds are hand-tinted in green, and stone work in pink. Although the original is labelled 'Works 37/64' it is also labelled 'TS 97' and the drawing was probably created by Thomas Cubitt's firm, and dates from around 1850. The copy is in a protective plastic wallet, and bears and English Heritage Historic Plans Room stamp (Room 501, Keysign House).
