Although there is a pencil annotation on the original of this item that mentions a date of 1921, the style of the drawing and lettering suggests that it was created earlier, possibly in the 1880s. The drawing shows the ground floor plans of the police Cottage, Outhouse, and Sanatorium, with the surrounding paths. The drains for the buildings are shown, with explanatory notes. There are also later pencil annotations on the original.
