Description

The walls are hand-tinted in pink, and the floors are faintly hand-tinted in yellow and blue. The dimensions of the rooms are marked, as are some hot water pipes, and some of the building materials of the walls. Pencil annotations add details of other pipes. The title is written in ink and in pencil: 'Pavilion Basement Plan at W. Corner'. The top left-hand part of the sheet has been cut off.
