Description

The drawings consist of a ground floor plan and first floor plan of the 1860 stable block, with room names that refer to its use for the naval college. There are also 3 section drawings, along lines marked on the floor plan. On the back is written in red ink: 'St Vincent Building Class Rooms - Plan & Sections'. The item carries several stamps and numbers: on the back, 'Osborne Naval College' and an Admiralty stamp; on the front, 'D.W.18415', '10470''4390/3A'. It is labelled 'Engineering Department, H.M. Office of Works, London'. The item was probably created between 1902 and 1910.
