The plan does not show the basements for the Pavilion and the Durbar Block. The rest of the basements seem to have lighting and drainage details labelled with notes. There are drawing numbers: 10388, 4136/29 and R/277/2. Stylistically, the item seems to belong with group PF/OSH/005.
