Description

The item has been copied from MP/OSH0096, and shows the existing sewer, and the new sewer leading to the sewage purification works near Pier Wood. The section of the outfall sewer shows the depth of the pipe below the surface and its vertical drop down to the sewage purification works. The drawing is drawing number 1. On the front of the item, there are the initials CWJ and a date, 28 Oct 1904. On the original is written: '(signed) Arthur J. Martin Assoc.M. Inst.C.E.; M.R. San.I. 7 Victoria St; Westminster;'.
