The drawings consist of elevations, sectional elevations, and detail plans of the bay window and porch. The drawing is number 7. There are drawing numbers 134, 10399 and 4390/7B. In the bottom left hand corner 'Received in Drawing Office 10 1 11' is stamped in blue ink. On the back, there is an Admiralty stamp, 'Osborne Naval College' stamped, and the details of the drawing recorded in red ink, with a number D.W.92/11.
