The drawings consist of 2 longitudinal sections through the flat, one running north-south, the other running east-west, plans of the large and small skylights, and another section across the large skylight. The drawing number is 77B. In the bottom left corner is stamped 'Received in Drawing Office 10.1.11', and also on the front are the numbers 10454 and 4390/15B. in the top right corner is the stamp 'D.W. 4 Jan 1911' and below it in pencil is written 'Sun copy sent Contractor 16/11/04, ditto C of W 18/11/04'. On the back is written the details of the item in red ink, with an Admiralty stamp, and an 'Osborne Naval College' stamp.
