Description

The drawings consist of a section through the settling tanks, 2 longitudinal sections through the sewage works, sections through the sludge well and pit for upper and lower tanks, and sections through the coke filter, the tank manhole and the tank showing the sewage inlet, a detail section of the drain holes and a plan of the concrete platform for sand to be placed near the filter beds. The item is drawing number 3. A faint trace of an Admiralty stamp gives a date of 21.06.09. There is a later pencilled number 11678.
