The drawings consist of an elevation of the winch, and the plummer block on the winch, details of the winch, a plan and a section of the top bearing to the spindle, full size details of a 4" pinion and a 6" pinion on the main shaft, and a section of the shaft and a detail of a sliding bevel wheel. The item is drawing number 4. A trace of an Admiralty stamp gives a number 25971 and a date [?]21.06.09. There is also a later pencil number 11679.
