Description

The drawings consist of a front elevation and a back elevation, with 2 sectional elevations. The drawings are partially hand-tinted. The item is drawing 2. The building is referred to as 'Capt Powell's House' in a pencilled note on the plan. There are stamps and numbers: an Admiralty stamp, a stamp saying 'Received in Drawing Office 10 1 11', a written number 118, a stamp 'D.W.3-Dec 1910', a stamp 'DW 17025', numbers 10434 and 4136/[?]o/c29A, the initials H.W.H and one illegible number or initials in the bottom right corner.
