The drawings consist of a north elevation, a south elevation and a west elevation. Windows have been hand-tinted, and red lines around the windows show work removed. There are pencil annotations modifying the proposals. The drawing is number 2. There are stamps and numbers: 'Received in Drawing Office 10 11 11', 'D.W.[illegible] 92 1911', 136, 10465 and 4390/2A. On the back is an Admiralty stamp, and other stamps 'D.W.92/11', Received in Drawing Office 10. 1. 11', 'Osborne Naval College' and, written in red ink, 'St Vincent Building Propd. Alterations and Additions Elevations'.
