Description

The drawings consist of east and north elevations of the additions to the Professors' retiring room and lavatory, with a section through the flat roof and 2 wall sections, and plans of the flat roof and the professors' lavatory. Pencil annotations modify the drawings. The drawing is associated with the Royal Naval College at Osborne House. Its exact date is uncertain. The drawing is number 3. There are stamps and numbers: 'Received in Drawing Office 10.1.11', 'DW 3 Dec 1910', 101, 10467, 4390/2B. On the back is an 'Osborne Naval College' stamp, and a note in red ink that gives the title of the drawing. On the front, there is a faint stamp: D.W. 17025/ [illegible]. There is also a pencilled note: 'Coloured copy in press Basement'.
