The drawings consist of elevations, plans and sections of a new screen between the outer and inner halls, columns in the drawing room, a new screen between the porch and hall, the roof over the entrance doors, details of beams in the drawing room, and a block plan showing drainage details. The drawings are labelled with specification details. The drawing is number 3 out of 4. At the bottom is a space for the superintending civil engineer's signature, with a drawing number 15598, and the initials AB, with a date, August 1910. Other item numbers are: 10446, 4390/13B and R 277/23.
