Description

The tracing is dated July 1925, and the sale plan is said to be dated 1913. The plan shows Osborne Cottage as Lot 1 and Albert Cottage as Lot 2. The reference number on the drawing is M 3876. Later numbers written on are 10411 and4136/16.
