Description

The water mains are shown in red and blue crayon, and there are annotations written in those colours. Although the original shows Osborne Royal Naval College as part of the estate, water mains and notes were created by the Ministry of Works, probably between 1943 and 1950. Two numbers have been written on the item, 'R166' and '85'.
