The scale bars are on a separate strip of general paper which has been taped to the front of the sheet (the title strip is missing). A hand-written note at the bottom reads 'reduce to 1/4 linear'. No maker or date is given, but the drawing probably dates from the 1960s or 1970s. Copyright is uncertain.
