Description

This appears to be a preliminary plan created before the final version of the drawing, see MP/SOL0007. An area of this plan was intended to have been tinted to illustrate the areas proposed to be transferred to the guardianship of the Commissioners of Works, and the note reads to the same effect. This is a revised version of the plan.
