Description

There is a scale, date and explanatory key in the upper left-hand corner and a direction arrow showing true and magnetic north in the lower left-hand corner. The rooms on the first-floors of the buildings are all annotated and extra annotations have been added in black ink and pencil. The Priory, Castle and Guest House have been hand-tinted red and areas of foundations that had been recently uncovered are coloured green.
