The item is in very poor condition, as much of the paper has detached from its fabric backing. The plans are annotated with notes about numbers of men occupying each room, and the item also bears several signatures. A note in red ink reads 'Corrected to Date / [signature illegible] / Dftsmn 10 - 8 - 96'.
