Description

Drawn from the contract plans and measurements as a record drawing. The plans and sections are at 1" to 8 ft and the site plan at 1:500. There is also a note of the dates of authorisation, commencement and completion, the estimated and actual costs, the source of utilities supplies and the materials used. There are pencil lines indicating a later expansion of the porch and the addition of a bathroom over it.
