"A" Block has been crossed out and "C" Block written in and a note indicated it is not completed. The drawing was drawn from measurements as a record drawing. The drawings include some measurements. There are alterations in red pen and pencil indicating changes to the room uses and some changes in layout, these alterations are undated.
