The copied plan shows the existing contours of the area and nearby structures and the outline of the proposed parade ground. The outline has been tinted and the planned finished contours after re-cutting drawn on, along with the cutting line. There is some price calculation and the plan is marked one of three. The original plan dated from 5th January 1926 but it was altered on the 19th August 1929 for this use.
