Description

The base plan is a copy onto which alterations, etc., have been made in coloured ink and water colour. Drawings include ground floor plan, part first floor plan, five detail plans of bedrooms and bathrooms, plan of water tanks, two cross sections and a detailed section through larder cupboard and coals.
