Description

The Odeon Cinema was opened in 1937 as the flagship cinema in the Odeon chain. In 1990, the Odeon Mezzanine Cinema was built beside the original cinema. The Odeon Cinema had one screen, and the Mezzanine Cinema consisted of an additional five screens. The Odeon and Mezzanine Cinemas operated with separate entrances and box offices until 2018, when both were closed for alterations including moving the entrance of the Odeon Mezzanine (then called Odeon Studios) into the foyer of the main Odeon Cinema.
