Description

The Regal Cinema opened in 1931 and closed as a cinema in 1977. It was later converted into a nightclub and discotheque, though interior features including the Compton organ remain in place. The auditorium features Art Deco and Oriental style decorative ceiling proscenium, plasterwork and organ chamber grilles.
