This photograph shows the church before restoration in 1904. A handwritten note on the reverse of the print states that the church contains the oldest dated bell in England (1296). The inscription goes on to state that the church was restored by the Rev. Edward Harrison in 1904. The photograph was received from Mrs Harrison in 1948.
This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-12 Red Box Project.
