Description

The western end of this small Parish Church was subsequently altered, with a new gabled porch built over this Norman doorway, and a new west bell tower in place of the bellcote, visible in a later photograph of c.1890 by Francis Frith. The church was also re-roofed and new coping stones put in place. Notices on the door enabled this photograph to be dated to after 1861.
