Description

This memorial to the 15th Earl of Shrewsbury is based on the Choragic Monument of Lysicrates in Athens. Dating from c.1830, it forms part of the garden layout, established by the 15th Earl of Shrewsbury during the late 18th and early 19th centuries and continued by his successors .
