Description

This large Elizabethan-style country house has its origins in the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries, but was largely rebuilt in 1838-1844 by Edward Blore and completed with some alterations by Henry Clutton in 1842-1844. The work was carried out for the owner, William Stratford Dugdale.
