Guy's Cliffe House was built circa 1751 - 1757, with substantial later additions in the early and late nineteenth century. The house fell into disrepair in the mid-twentieth century, the contents being removed in 1952 before a roof collapse in 1966. However, the kitchen wing and chapel are still in use by the Freemasons.
Formerly accessioned into the collection of the National Buildings Record on the 19th of October 1957.
