Description

The tower is crenellated in this image, the crenellations were removed by the late 1890s, almost certainly during the restoration works by either GE Street or SG Bruton. This photograph is attached to a mount holding photographs from the Warwickshire Early Photograph Print Collection boxes, and so is stored in the Warwickshire boxes and has an archive object number from the Warwickshire county number series. Prints OP10088–OP10111 and OP10115–OP10119 appear to have once formed part of an album as they are mounted on similarly-presented card pages.
