Description

The Archway Bridge was designed by John Nash in 1813. It was replaced in 1897 by the current structure. This print is attached to a sheet which also contains a reproduction of it, with a contributor's letter, as published in the Country Life magazine for 26th November 1964.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-12 Red Box Project.
