Description

Greyfriars or Ford's Hospital, an almshouse founded in 1509, was bombed in 1940 but restored during the 1950s.

Archival History

Received 1941.

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-12 Red Box Project.
