The church closed in 1939, and was later used as an arts centre and to house the Institute of Architectural Research of York University

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-12 Red Box Project. The reverse reads: 'Date recieved 20 Feb 2952', and 'via Pilgrim Trust'.
