Description

A handwritten letter dated June 1876 is attached to the reverse of the mount. The letter indicates that the photograph was deposited with the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) as a record of the window prior to the house being taken down. It is signed by R Hesketh and C L Eastlake.
