Description

This print has the hand-written note 'From George Jack, September 1899 (carved by G.J.)'. The lectern was possibly an exhibit from the Victoria and Albert Museum. Jack was a teacher at the London School of Art Wood Carving in South Kensington.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-12 Red Box Project.
