Description

In the foreground is a large relief sculpture mounted on a low wall, depicting the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland set amongst a relief tableau of various ordnance and weaponry. A note on another print which shows this sculpture states that it is all that remains of the Great Storehouse, a structure of circa 1688 which was destroyed by fire in 1841.
