The rectory was built in 1906 to replace the Old Rectory (now known as Heatley's) on Middle Road. The site of this building is now occupied by the houses of Pittman Close.
This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-12 Red Box Project.
